We offer FREE Next Day Shipping on all UK Orders

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom and do not offer international delivery.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly so your Alf & Bon order reaches you as quickly as possible. Next Day Shipping applies to eligible UK addresses and may be subject to courier service availability, weekends, bank holiday and circumstances out of our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow it's journey.

Returns

We hope you love your Alf & Bon Purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 Days of receiving it

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original condition
• All original tags must remain attached.
• The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for a tracked return service
• We recommend keeping your proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we'll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.

If approved, a full refund for the returned item(s) will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund once it has been issued.

Items returned damaged , used, with tags removed, or otherwise not in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, pleas contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue. We'll work with you to put things right.

Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you will not be expected to cover reasonable return costs
