Shipping

We currently ship to UK addresses only and do not offer international shipping.

We offer free UK shipping on all orders.

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. While we always aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible, delivery times are handled by the courier and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where available.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Alf & Bon cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Returns

We hope you love your Alf & Bon purchase, but if you change your mind, you have 30 days from receiving your order to return it.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• All original tags must still be attached.
• The item must show no signs of use or damage.
• Where possible, the item should be returned in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We strongly recommend using a tracked return service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our returns conditions.

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@alfandbon.co.uk so we can look into this and put things right.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
